3) How well does the plan identify the company’s competition in the competitive analysis (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)?
4) How well does the plan research the potential target market? Does the plan provide evidence to support the company’s forecasted position within that market? (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
5) Does the plan demonstrate the presence of a competent management team? Has the management team identified vacancies that need to be filled? (1,2,3,4,5)
6) Taking into consideration the financial questions listed below, is the financial material clearly presented and plausible? (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
a. Do the balance sheet, cash flow statement, and income statement properly correspond?
b. Are the financial assumptions realistic and do the projections demonstrate a sustainable model?
c. Does the plan specify a funding requirement and offer a specific return to investors?
d. Does the financial section reasonably support the “sources and uses” of funds?
e. Do the financials clearly demonstrate a feasible harvesting strategy?
